After-sales Technical Manager

Place：

Beijing, Shanghai

Responsibility：

1、Responsible for the after-sales support of the company's products and solutions, and can handle and coordinate the technical maintenance problems for customers independently.
2、Responsible for product after-sales technical support, program preparation, product demonstration.
3、Participate in training users, provide on-site installation guidance and other technical support work.
4、Cooperate with salesman to promote the product market.
5、In-depth understanding, training and summary of technical applications.

Requirement：

1、Have strong communication ability, adapt to the new environment, can travel on business frequently;
2、Above bachelor degree in computer, communication, electronics and related major,at least 2 years of after-sales supporting experience in storage industry;
3、Familiar with data storage equipment, big data analysis technology, database system, cloud platform, high performance computing, deep learning, one or more genetic analysis;
4、Familiar with Linux, UNIX, Windows server and other mainstream operating systems;
5、Familiar with the data storage technology and solution, familiar with the industry mainstream storage equipment, storage management software products and configuration plan;
