Pre-sales Technical Support Manager

Beijing,  Shanghai

Responsibility：

1、Give pre-sales support for the company's products and solutions, assist the sales manager in pre-market demand research,analyze customer needs, explain technical solutions, demonstrated productand answer customer inquiries;
2、Responsible for the company's product explanation, demonstration, proposal writing, bidding and other related work;
3、Assist sales staff to promote and sell company products and solutions;
4、Cooperate with sales staff to negotiate with customers, and draw up and sign technical contracts;
5、Collect and neaten the construction needs of industry customers, and timely feedback the customers' opinions on products and technologies to the technical department;
6、Conduct regular related technical training to sales staff and new sales staff.

Requirement：

1、Above bachelor degree in computer, communication, electronics and related major, at least 2 years of pre-sales supporting experience in storage industry.
2、Familiar with data storage equipment, big data analysis technology, database system, cloud platform, high performance computing, deep learning, one or more genetic analysis;
3、Familiar with Linux, UNIX, Windows server and other mainstream operating systems;
4、Familiar with the data storage technology and solution, familiar with the industry mainstream storage equipment, storage management software products and configuration plan;
5、Be familiar with the backup and disaster, SAN, NAS storage backup technology;
